Build deeper connections: Paramount, we all want to belong to what we do, where we work & who we work with. By integrating the larger goals into everyday work, processes & systems inspired by design thinking – both employees & the organization can prosper.
A systematic intervention for training managers should be to coach every employee to build trust through empathetic conversations.
Provide radical flexibility: FREEDOM. If you trust someone enough to hire them, trust them fully to also deliver. Hire only if you can fully trust, no compromises.
Create personal growth opportunities: Yes! Make organization a learning organization – where people truly grow personally & professionally. Move from pedagogy to andragogy: Give an individual autonomy, trust & empowerment to choose his/ her own learning trajectory. Of course, in relevance to the business need with the support of Coaches & Mentors. Move fully to an on-demand learning solution provider.
Ensure holistic well-being: Most of the best products/ initiatives/ interventions are still going unutilized. A lot of selling or let’s say business development needs to happen here so the employees start using them. There should be some clear boundaries, that none should cross.
Take action on shared purpose: Start with the Why! And then deep dive, take action & show that you are committed to making the world a better place.
Do business, what is truly solving & is better for the humankind.
